​A road trip covering more than 11,000 miles: Quebec City, Saskatoon, the Canadian Rockies, California's Redwood Forest, Los Vegas to the French Quarter in New Orleans … We pack up the car and leave Florida with everything we need for dining at the Chateau Fontinac to camping in the Rockies and everything in between.

U.S.A. - Southward Bound

To a send-off of Roman candles, we started our way South along the U.S. "Intra-coastal Waterway" … From Morehead City, North Carolina to Miami, we sail through beautiful wild country, visit historic cities, encounter colourful characters and eat great food.

The peace and tranquility of the Dismal Swamp, horn blasting, whistleblowing, barges and tugs on the Elizabeth River to feeling like a mouse among elephants, sailing past moth-balled warships in Norfolk...From North Carolina's Elizabeth City to the Chesapeake Bay, we sail through a rural America few get to see and are the recipients of uncommon acts of kindness.
